    One Whitmore is a base-isolated, 14-storey (17,000 sqm) tower designed by architects, Jasmax. The entire building has been leased by BNZ for its 1500 Wellington staff.

    The developers, Newcrest, will be hoping to recreate the success of their nearby, recently completed 20 Customhouse Quay development. As with Customhouse Quay, One Whitmore Street will be base-isolated and a NBS rating in excess of 180% will be targeted.
